Dial 7 Car Service: Good and Bad Experience July 9, 2013 & July 12, 2013. Despite the negative reviews, I decided to reserve a car with Dial 7 service. On July 9th, we called when we were ready to be picked up from LGA airport. The car was there within 10 minutes. Our driver was Sonam Sangpo.

ordered car online two days before flight. dial 7 left us waiting thirty minutes after we had checked in upon landing BEFORE a car was ordered. only after we had made several calls did they dispatch a driver. the driver who picked us up had only received the call five minutes before picking us up. VERY BAD SERVICE. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

After a couple of bad experiences with Dial 7, I’ll never use them again. It’s easier, faster, and usually cheaper to take a cab. About the only time it makes sense to use a car service is when you are arriving from LGA during a peak traffic time, since cab fare will likely be more than what you would pay for a car service.. Catching a flight is always a time sensitive undertaking, and any.
